Workout and physical training require planning, structor and organisation. It is easy to achieve a goal if a target is established and it is possible to monitor improvements and results, both for performance and rehabilitation.
EVALUATION TESTS
- cardiovascular capacity (VO2max, max HR)
- lactate threshold
- tests for monitoring of strength, mobility and velocity
PHYSICAL TRAINING
- individual rehabilitation programs after an injury and/or a disease
- individual program to improve strength, explosivity and velocity
